Most of our candles are made to order once your purchase is placed, especially personalized or custom designs. Please allow 5–7 business days for us to carefully create, prepare, and ship your order. This ensures each candle is made with intention and attention to detail.
Processing times may be slightly longer during holidays, sales, or busy seasons.
Shipping Rates & Carriers
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. We ship using trusted third-party carriers.
Delivery Time
Delivery times are estimated by the carrier and may vary. While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, we cannot guarantee carrier transit times.
Shipping Address
Please double check your shipping address at checkout. We are unable to take responsibility for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at the time of purchase.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once your order has been shipped, carrier delays or issues may occur. Unfortunately, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages, but we recommend contacting the carrier directly for assistance.
Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the item and packaging so we can assist you as quickly as possible.
Weather Disclaimer
Extreme temperatures during transit may affect candles. We are not responsible for melting, sweating, or scent changes caused by weather conditions.
Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
