At Serenity Scents by Catherine, all candles are hand poured with care. Due to the nature of our products, please review our refund policy before placing an order.

Refunds

We offer refunds only (no exchanges).

Refund requests must be made within 3 days of delivery

Items must be unused, unburned, and in original condition

Proof of purchase is required

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for processing once approved.

We do not offer exchanges at this time.

Final Sale Items

All personalized, custom, or made-to-order candles are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for refunds.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can assist you.

Shipping

Shipping fees are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.
